HUMAN RESILIENCE REQUIRES PERFECT BALANCE WITH NATURE

The meaning of ‘resilience’ is flexibility or springing back.

‘Resilience’ is an important law which nature has to abide which is very similar to a coiled steel spring that shows its natural potency given the opportunity.

Take the example  of a 'Tiny Seed’  when it is placed in an ideal environment like a wet soil and allowed a ray of 'sun light' the seed springs out to become a budding plant. Given some more water and more sunlight the small plant on its own grows to a become a gigantic tree.
Therefore nature provides everything to everyone including the tiny seed which grows to become a flowering and fruit giving tree.

There is no wonder human species which consists of nearly 70% water and 30% other material matters, given the benefit of 12 hours of day light from the sun has limitless potential. We all know that sunlight, an electromagnetic wave, is a powerful radiating energy that can really enhance the potential of any matter.
On planet Earth many species like the green algae, cynobacteria and plants use sunlight along with the availability of carbon dioxide from the air or water to generate sugar and carbohydrates by the process known as 'photosynthesis'.

In the process of its own survival these organisms absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen thus making positive contribution for others species to thrive on this planet. The radiating 'sunlight' of course is  making the largest contribution by providing energy to all, keeping everything ticking on our planet.
Most of us know that human body produces electricity which are basically negatively charged particles. Before we go into details let us understand  some basic science where it describes that every atom in its normal state is neutral because the negative charged electrons are perfectly balanced by the positively charged protons.

An atom or a molecule that has 'electric charge' are basically called ‘ions’ because these atoms or molecules have either gained electrons or lost electrons upsetting the carefully maintained neutral balance.

Therefore an atom which has one or more free electrons has a negative charge and if it loses some of its inherent existing electrons the atom becomes positively charged.

However nature is unique because it normally does not allow a free ion to be in a  state of limbo for too long because the free ion immediately finds another free oppositely charged ion to become a stable atom or molecule once again.
Similarly the human body also normally maintains everything well balanced like our breathing cycle, heart pumping, blood circulation, hormone production cycles etc. works in perfect harmony. In our body everything that we do is controlled or enabled by electrical signals which operates through out our entire body.

As a matter of fact electrons are produced by every living thing through a macro-molecule called ATP (adenosine tri phosphate) available inside each and every cell structure and this ATP is responsible for continuously generating energy, in the form of heat as well as electric current, like an incredible nano-machine.
ATP is really one of the most intricate nano-machine that has been part of the creationism in our mysterious universe enabling all life forms to sustain. This is an excellent example of just one of the wonders of such millions of intricate nano-machines that exist in our astonishing universe because it is a matter of irreducible complexity that is necessary in its entirety even for the simplest living form to survive either by fermentation or by photosynthesis by using oxygen which is essential for both the processes.
Therefore human body is continuously working like a factory producing 1000’s of chemical reactions, making new cells & new molecules and on to top it is generating electricity to keep our heart valve opening and closing, all our muscle movements, intestinal movements working like an automatic and well maintained factory complex.
Hence all the species requires electrons for survival and as per the law of science the electrons have to be balanced by the positively charged protons and therefore in some way or other our body in a normal state is also doing the balancing act because human body is no less complex compared to what we see around us on this planet.
Therefore if you look at nature a perfect balancing process is going on continuously undisturbed and as per the law of nature everything automatically flourishes and after sometime it perishes. So nature when left alone goes on and on because it is supposed to be an automatic cycle; but when it comes to human species this is not the case.
It is the over indulgence on the part of humans which leads to catastrophic consequences because we humans try to fool around with nature and also over power all other species and also kill them because we are very careless but in this process we are only going to be the losers in the long run.
What we are really doing is that we are basically wasting all our resources to satisfy our unwanted needs and we are quickly depleting our own resources. We are constantly increasing the pace of our  own life which is also depleting our  internal human mechanism which otherwise is well balanced.
Humans might speak of new technology or advanced medicines but we are unfortunately disturbing our internal as well external cycles or the mechanisms of nature and these activities are taking a big toll on us.

We all know for sure we 'never feel happy most of the time nor we are satisfied' despite all the advances humans have made in terms of increased intelligence or the comforts that we always talk about from the materialistic point of view.
Therefore humans need to understand about 'resilience' from nature and consume resources prudently and not indulge excessively for unnecessary and unwanted needs

Humans have to gain control  through own thoughts. We humans need to know ourselves and control the 'mind' by the entity called the 'self' (the real self has no ego because of the non-conflicting nature) instead of trying to control other entities in this world!
