AS A MATTER OF FACT, MATTER IS NOT THE SAME AS WE THINK IT IS !!

The Core of Science is Mystical

Everything in this Universe, animate and inanimate, constantly undergoes change but we all know nothing lasts forever. 

In our universe, energy and matter are getting interchanged constantly and therefore each entity either exists in the form of a wave or a particle.

Because as per the theory of Quantum Mechanics, sub-atomic particles, in reality, are not solid objects due to the fact that they do not exist at a definite spatial location with definite times.As there is no certainty, these tiny particles cannot be spotted even by the most sophisticated gadgets and therefore are unseen. So, all particles at the sub-atomic level are very dynamic and we cannot visualize them with our normal human perception using our five sensory organs.

The best example is the free-moving negatively charged electrons which are seen only in the form of a cloud and not as particles because they move extremely fast, almost at the speed of light, and are also incredibly small in size, 1 by 1836 of a proton, the positively charged particle. 

That's the reason we cannot see electricity, the electrons that energize and move everything in our modern world. However, we all know about it as well as feel it and we experience its manifestation in different ways and various forms.

Similarly, the decaying atoms in our universe are basically radioactive (unstable) and this is due to the forces that interact inside, within the atoms are not evenly balanced. As the nucleus of an atom emits radiation or disintegrates, the radioactive atom gets transformed to a different nuclide thereby attaining stability.

Therefore, an atom is stable provided the forces among the particles inside the atom are well balanced. 

As a rule, Mother Nature allows some entities to survive only for few moments, whereas huge stars and planets thrive for millions or billions of years but they do perish when the time comes.

For a moment, let us assume that the ‘Big Bang’ theory as real and if that’s the way everything came into existence, by the process of explosion and expansion, even then the universally accepted ‘cyclical theory’ will put at an end to this.

Thus everything created by nature has to come to an end and then start all of over again. So we come back to the definition that energy is always constant but the laws of thermodynamics define that it has to be a closed system or a system within a barrier. 

If we are talking about a closed system or with barriers, as per science this is considered as fixed boundaries or a constancy factor. Scientists very well know many of the complex equation cannot work without a constant which becomes one of the key factors for the terms and conditions of such equation to hold true!

But from a philosophical perspective we know there is nothing called constant in this universe and it is only a matter of time the state of flux takes over; therefore there cannot be a universal constancy in reality because everything is in a state of flux at some point of time or the other.

Therefore it is worth considering or to assume that everything exists in the form of a tiny packet, for a specified time, which grows to a particular size and then perishes. This is what “Big Bang” precisely says that from a single source or point the explosion is the cause of all that exists today.

However, Sir Fred Hoyle, the famous English astronomer, and a cosmologist, who has the distinction of giving the world the theory of stellar nucleo-synthesis had a totally different view. 

After a series of failed scholarship exams, he obtained a scholarship in science at Cambridge University in the year 1933. He persevered mathematics his weakest subject and with sheer hard work was placed at the top 10 and was elected the best student in applied mathematics. 

Fred Hoyle interest took him towards the mathematical problems of astronomy and after some years in collaboration with two other researchers, he proposed to the world the theory of 'steady state' as an alternative to 'Big Bang theory'. 

Their theory states that the universe is expanding but new materials and new galaxies are created in order to maintain the cosmological principle and therefore there is no beginning or no end.

Fred Hoyle is considered the father of discovery of emergence of all elements because the world once believed everything came into existence simultaneously after the Big Bang. But it was Hoyle's nucleo-synthesis theory which gave a correct basis for the generation of one element after another from pre-existing nucleons, that is protons and neutrons which we find in every atom. 

It was also this work that caused Hoyle, an atheist until that time, to begin to believe in the guiding hand of a god (what would later be called “intelligent design” or “fine tuning”), when he considered the statistical improbability of the large amount of carbon in the universe, carbon which makes possible carbon-based life-forms such as humans. 

Because Fred Hoyle refused to accept the 'Big Bang' he was not given any Noble prize despite his exceptional contribution to science.

No sooner Hubble telescope was launched into the orbit in 1990, with the satellite revolving few hundred kilometers above Earth, now it is categorically proven that ours is not the only galaxy and that that are nearly 2 billion other galaxies. 

Thus, what was originally thought to be one Galaxy and a few million stars has now become 2 billion galaxies and therefore the number of floating bodies in the universe is just unimaginable!

So, neither the past nor future of the universe can be predicted though it is guaranteed our Sun will perish one day, and it is a matter of time because the nuclear fusion reaction will stop, once all the hydrogen atoms in it get converted to helium. So Earth cannot survive without the Sun and this is based on mathematical calculation.

Now getting away from science and talking about spirituality, as a layperson, we are fully aware that a tiny seed grows into a gigantic tree and that a singular male sperm interacting with a female egg produces a fantastic species called human. Even in this case the terms and conditions of environment constant should be an operation for the above mechanism to work otherwise it could lead to failures!

Any amount of research cannot explain how this growth happens automatically after the initial reaction gets set up under a given condition.

Though science has revealed us quite a lot, the intricacies of the underlying mechanism and the aforementioned processes are incomprehensible except maybe scientists could visualize the different stages of the complex processes that are mind-boggling. 

However, all of us are aware that there is certainly a cyclical format in everything that exists, namely, creation, preservation, and finally extinction.

Therefore the simplest thing we could decipher in this stupendous cycle is that there are two important factors. One is called ‘intelligence’ and the other is known as ‘consciousnesses.’

Normally, we always think and link ‘intelligence’ to the processing unit called the ‘Brain’ but then, in reality, everything is working in its own way, irrespective of whether it has a brain or not? 

When we talk about intelligence on one side we are talking about the brain, the grey matter, but the other part is a mystery, the ones that have got no brains!

For example, the extraordinary and well-programmed cell chemistry or the untiring programmed motion of stars and planets, the fantastic creation of all those basic elements called the nucelo-synthesis? What could be that intelligence which is self-driven meticulously? 

The one which has no brain should we call it spiritual, the unknown or the unseen? No one has been able to find an answer to such questions.

Certain things are visible to the human naked eye or for that matter, even the powerful telescopes can magnify only certain things for the human intelligence to understand and there are lot many things we still assume or take it for granted. 

There are several other entities which even the so-called evolved human intelligence cannot understand because such things are beyond our perception for our five senses to facilitate the human brain to process the unknown and the unseen. Therefore, our early ancestors have had used the word ‘God’ to explain such extraordinary phenomenon that which we cannot comprehend through our so-called superior intelligence.

Before the advent of the ‘Big Bang’ theory, the term ‘Brahman’ coined by the Indic philosophers was universally accepted by the entire ancient tribe of the world; Even Vedas and Upanishads have been appreciated by the vast humankind for millennia. As a matter of fact, the knowledge from ancient India was freely distributed to people, whosoever visited this spiritual land, since time immemorial.

However, once the Romans and then Christianity took center stage of the world events, it appears the cultural and social changes have altered not only the belief system but also the behavior of human beings, mostly the urban and so-called educated.

In the name of modern education, human thinking and the belief system seems have taken a severe beating mainly in terms of their natural thinking abilities. 

We are referring to the unique process by which new knowledge could be acquired that stem out of the habit is known as 'creative thinking'. This natural and practical thinking has been one of the cornerstones of the human civilization which gave the ability for this incredible species to overcome several problems for thousands of years. 

Therefore if the existing education system should be revamped in terms of projective thinking instead of subjective thinking it would do a lot of good for the future generations. Today what is important is not education but the ability to understand and apply the learning in one’s life.

The universe had provided us with all the basic materials. As a matter of fact, everything that exists has come from the mysterious outer space. No doubt it is the ability of the human intelligence which has created the greatest impact on the use or modification of such basic materials that we see around us in the modern world. Thanks to those few creative human species who have contributed to humankind in terms of material comfort. 

But it is equally important and necessary for human beings to understand and appreciate the spiritual aspect of the very nature of our world; but some self-centered group of humans, in the name of politics or economics are moving all of us towards something one should call as ‘information fixation’. 

The above is nothing beyond theoretical assumptions to solve human complexities, very similar to information and advertisements in the social media which tend to alter the mindset of a large section of the society observing it. We all know that there is a big difference between reality and the information that is floating all over the place.

Even the renowned Newton’s theory stood the ground only for 250 years to be proved wrong and similar is the case with Darwin’s theory which has been proven incorrect except for his famous phrase ‘survival of the fittest’.

Nevertheless, the development of science and technology has become the important tool for today’s modern world but at the same time it has altered our habits and there are apprehensions that it could change the gene pool of the common people in the future, the signs of which are already rising on the horizon. 

It is already very obvious that the mindset of humans have changed during the past one hundred years though one would say it is for the better because of prosperity.

But this is only partially true because prosperity, as we all know, is only cosmetic because a significant percentage of humans are starving even today and there are millions who have to walk several miles to fetch just one bucket of drinking water.

So one would agree that science has helped only a part of the human society and this also cannot last for too long, in the same way as the western medicines which only cures symptoms that gives temporary satisfaction to the mind and is not the real answer for the actual disease inside the body.

Therefore, in reality, we are all aware that the existing democratic, social or so-called communists regime is nothing but that provide benefits to half of the worlds’ population and even that half is mentally suffering without understanding the fact that the so-called ‘prosperity’ is only like a dream for the survival as a short-term measure and not for a long-term peaceful existence.

Mother Nature, on the other hand, is conscious of the intelligent cycle it has created and is always truly impartial and far superior to anything created by the humankind because the latter is not working consciously as we are all fully aware of the gaps. At the same time, we are fully aware and tend to forget the phrase called ‘mortal existence’ in between the cycle of creation and extinction, therefore nothing is going to remain with us forever. 

So the ultimate answer to peace and prosperity is the spiritual awakening which is actually beyond the realm of normal intelligence because ‘consciousness’ is the real key to true intelligence. 

Raw intelligence could be defined as a pure thought, a totally unbiased spirit of energy manifestation, where 'Ego' does not have a place or in other words, absolutely selfless like nature.

Nowadays, a new thinking is emerging in hearts of today's youth and the old school of thought is gradually getting shed. Therefore, it is of great importance for them to bring about the real change, especially when scientists are talking about AI which is bound to create more disaster for humankind because it is too biased and would create more tunnels that could make the common man get entrapped totally forgetting about ground level thinking.
